What's not included

Every scope document is specific. But here's what you should expect to handle separately:

Third-party tool subscriptions

n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, HubSpot and any SaaS you use. We build on top of them — you pay for them directly.

Hosting & infrastructure

Server costs, domains, CDN fees. We'll recommend the right setup and help you configure it, but it's billed to you.

Ongoing monitoring beyond support

After the included support window, ongoing monitoring is a retainer conversation — not assumed to continue.

Changes to scope after sign-off

The spec we agree on is fixed. If requirements change after build starts, we quote and agree on additions separately.

Pricing questions

Yes. Many clients start with Basic to test the process and experience the output before committing to a larger scope. The work done in Basic is fully yours and plugs into any future build.
All prices are in US dollars. We invoice in USD and accept payment via bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Local currency invoicing is available for UK, UAE and Australian clients on request.
Yes. Fixed-scope projects require 50% upfront before work starts, with the remainder due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
If the delay is on our end, we absorb the time and deliver at the agreed price. If scope expands because requirements changed after sign-off, we flag it immediately and agree on the cost before continuing.
