Our story
The automation layer every business needs but few have.
Every business we worked with had the same thing happening in the background. Someone copying data from one system into another. Someone checking whether an email had been sent. Someone exporting a report, formatting it and sending it to someone else who would enter it somewhere else.
The software existed to fix most of it. The tools were already there — CRMs, ERPs, email platforms, accounting tools. They just weren't connected, and nobody had the time or expertise to connect them properly.

How we got here
The short version of how FlowCrafts came to exist.
First automation projects
Started building workflows and integrations for individual clients — early work in n8n and Zapier, connecting tools that nobody had bothered to connect.
Expanded to software development
No-code stopped being enough for some problems. Added custom software and API integration work as clients outgrew what automation platforms could handle.
First AI agent deployments
GPT-4 changed what was possible with document understanding and text generation. Started building the first production AI agents — document processing and lead qualification.
FlowCrafts formalised
Formalised as an agency with a defined service offering, fixed-price model and documented delivery process. Now serving clients across the US, UK, UAE and Australia.
